GoolYour kids' first steps in Iraqi Arabic

A playful learning path of games, listening and speaking practice and the Arabic alphabet — made by an Iraqi parent for families keeping the dialect alive.

شلونك؟
Spoken Iraqi, not textbook Arabic
Kids learn the everyday spoken words — shlonak, khosh, yalla — rather than the formal Arabic taught in classrooms.
Speak it, don't just tap it
Every lesson ends out loud: kids listen, repeat, and record themselves saying the word to hear it back.

Questions

Is Gool free?
Yes — the first level is free forever, so your kids can try it. A Gool Plus subscription unlocks the full path as the curriculum grows. See the plans and prices.
Which Arabic does Gool teach?
Spoken Iraqi Arabic — the everyday register families use, rather than Modern Standard Arabic — plus the standard Arabic alphabet. It's romanized-first, with Arabic script as a toggle. The Iraqi wording is still being reviewed by native speakers. More about what Gool teaches.
What ages is it for?
Ages 3 and up. Each kid profile picks an age mode (3–6, 7–12, 12+) that changes how lessons are presented.
Do I need to speak Arabic to help my kid?
Not at all. Every word shows its romanized spelling and English meaning, is read aloud, and carries a parent note — so a grown-up can follow along too. Why we built Gool.
